How it Works

Once something has been posted online which paints you or your business in a less than favourable way, you would think it would be easy to complain to the platform involved and ask for things to be removed, especially if you can prove that they are false.

Unfortunately, it’s not that easy because your right to have inaccurate or unkind comments removed is weighed-up against the poster’s right to free speech, and in a mainly unregulated online world, the latter usually wins.

it’s usually impossible to get unkind contents removed (although we always try this first, as well as taking legal action on your behalf if appropriate), so our approach focuses on replacing the negative comments seen first from a search on your own or business name with many positive messages.  The negative comments will typically still be there, but they will be both watered-down by the positives, and will no longer appear in the highest search engine listing positions.
