Our platform is much more than just another LMS!

Already used by companies of all sizes up to over 10000 employees, we can deliver either our set of included standard employee courses, your own courses, 3rd party hosted courses, or any combination to your employees, handing all the renewals, reminders, reporting, escalation, and updating that would otherwise cost you time and resources.

Fully integrated with our employee management platform, or able to run on its own, our proven platform can solve all your employee training issues for a far lower price than you’re probably paying to do it all yourself at the moment.

Inclusive Courses

Our system can host your own courses, courses from 3rd parties, or we can create bespoke courses for you, but we also include a “standard set” and “enhanced set” (for a low additional cost) of  standard employee courses to let you hit the ground running.

These courses can be auto-assigned to your employees at frequencies defined by yourself.  You can allocate certain courses to defined job titles or individuals (or to all), receive reports on completion, send reminders, and generally let our system handle all your regulatory training for you.

Employee Journey

Let’s face it – no-one likes being told they have to do training!  We are of the firm belief that employees will only fully engage with their training commitments if they are comfortable with the training system, find it easy-to-use, and intuitive.

We built our system with this in mind. Employees can access the system from any internet-connected device and see an intuitive dashboard highlighting which courses are due (with dates), allowing them to progress with their training with simple, standardised navigation, being able to come back later to complete if necessary, print certificates direct from the system, and receive gentle automated reminders (and not so gentle ones if late).

How It Works

Our system can be used in isolation or as part of our employee management system.

Each employee has a training account which keeps track of their training requirements (based on job title/level).  Frequency of each course is set by the system admin and the employee receives a reminder 30 days before the due/renewal date.  Logging onto a simple dashboard from any internet-connected device allows the employee to easily see which tasks they need to complete.  They are then guided through our interactive training courses (or some of your own/3rd parties) and their progress is reported in real time to the business.

Managers/Admins can access per-employee, per-group, or overall real-time statistics/details. 

The system can also send a multi-level set of graphical reports to senior management (showing percentage completion for each course, numbers due etc.) on a weekly/monthly basis.

Secure access from any internet-connected device.

Courses are delivered via the standard SCORM/HTML5 formats and so work on any internet-connected device.  Our dashboards are also designed to use low bandwidth, and to be used on any size screen.
